10月10日至17日，《废弃矿井能源资源精准开发与清洁利用基础研究》项目组杨科教授一行人前往山西就废弃矿井能源资源开发与利用问题进行调研。

2021年10月16日，为踏实推进“我为群众办实事”的服务理念，结合共建社区群众需求，合肥综合性国家科学中心能源研究院党委联合共建单位合肥市蜀山区井岗镇半岛新村社区党委、妇联，在合肥现代科技馆开展以“少年筑梦强国、科技引领未来”为主题的共建活动。合肥综合性国家科学中心能源研究院第一党支部党员们组织并参加了此次活动。
