聚变产业应用研究中心在紧凑环加料物理实验取得重要进展，相关研究成果以题为“Inaugural Central Fueling Experiment with Compact Torus in EAST”发表在核聚变权威期刊《Nuclear Fusion》上，是目前该技术在国际上首次面向中大型托卡马克的加料物理实验。

2025年7月25日到7月31日，能源研究院中子技术应用研究中心在紧凑型氘氘（D-D）中子源技术领域取得重大突破性进展。两大离子源（ECR和ICP离子源）技术团队分别实现了D-D中子源产额在1E9n/s和1E10n/s下的持续稳定运行，综合性能达到国际先进水平，为紧凑型D-D中子源产业化应用提供了坚实的支撑。
